Acting administrator escapes in an attempt on his life
DAGESTAN, February 2, Caucasus Times – Alimsoltan Alkhamatov, an acting administrator of Hasavyurt district has narrowly escaped in an attempt on his life, Caucasus Times correspondent reports citing the administration office.
On February 2, at 8.15 a.m. a roadside bomb went off as the official’s car followed by other cars was passing by. The vehicles were slightly damaged. No one was reported injured in the bombing.
The district Prosecutor’s Office filed a criminal case, which is under investigation.
