Chief of regional FSB in Adygeya transferred to head North Ossetia’s branch

ADYGEIYA, November 3, Caucasus Times, – Alexander Tatko, the chief of local FSB office, has been recently assigned by the President Putin’s decree to head North Ossetia’s regional branch of Federal Security Service, Caucasus Times correspondent reports citing a reliable source.

Formerly, 47-year-old native of Krasnodar Territory Colonel Alexander Tatko had worked a deputy chief of Kabardino-Balkaria’s regional FSB and was appointed over a year ago the chief of Adygeya’s of Federal Security Service, an official told Caucasus Times correspondent on condition of anonymity.

Col. Tatko was said to be transferred to North Ossetia two weeks ago, but at that time FSB officials did not confirm the information.
