Jury Passed Verdict of “Not Guilty” to Two Persons Accused of Attacking State Narcotics Control Building in Nalchik

KABARDINO-BALKARIA, 20 December, Caucasus Times. Sources in the Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria informed Caucasus Times correspondent that on Monday jury passed a verdict of “not guilty” to two out of five persons accused of attacking the building of State Narcotics Control in Nalchik.

Former members of State Narcotics Control Rafael Mirzoev and Zelimhan Adgulov who were accused of assisting the terrorists were proclaimed to be not guilty. Other accused persons were also saved from the part of the accusations.

On Wednesday during the next court session this verdict will be discussed by the participants of the process. After that, the court will make a decision.

Sentence will be announced in ten days.
