Suspected rebel detained in Russia’s Dagestan

DAGESTAN, 12 September, Caucasus Times – A 25-year-old resident of Makhachkala has been detained on suspicion of taking part in terrorist acts in woodland between the villages of Gamiyakh and Tukhchar in Dagestan’s Novolakskiy District, republican law-enforcement agencies said.

Wahhabi literature, two 200 gm blocks of TNT and three electric detonators were seized from the detained man, the agency source said.
